Except, that is, Daryl Wein and Zoe Lister-Jones. When the actors began their first feature film, Breaking Upwards, in 2009, they were in the midst of breaking up. I saw an early cut of Lola Versus a few months ago and really liked it! I was excited to talk to Daryl and Zoe about it. I was also at that early cut (it concluded with a NIGHTMARISH focus group) and am looking forward to seeing the final version. Greta Gerwig and I used to be enemies but now we’re totally frenemies.
